Thoughtful, thorough and effective. Macky is passionate about integrating the benefits of massage into regular preventive care. To this end, she uses a variety of modalities to achieve your personal goals; each session will be tailored to what you want, need and what Macky finds in your body. The goal for Macky with massage is to give your body more room to live within itself so that the body can do what it strives to do-- heal itself  (The formal name for this is homeostasis: "the tendency of a system to maintain internal stability, owing to the coordinated response of its parts to any situation or stimulus that would tend to disturb its normal condition or function." How's that for a mouthful?!). She's been actively practicing since 2012 but people will tell you that her hands are experienced beyond her years. She offers swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Thai massage, CranioSacral therapy, reiki, IASM and kinesiology taping. Don't know what any of that means? No worries, we'll do exactly what is right for you.
