Strength Training

Strength training with Macky is accessible, biomechanically informed and fun. She focuses on function and each individuals needs, educating students about their anatomy along the way. She’s body positive/body neutral and loves working with all ages, abilities, genders and strives to maintain an atmosphere that’s welcoming to all. Macky is a non-diet trainer who thinks that we generally feel better the less we obsess over how we look; you won’t find any mirrors in the studio and will frequently be consulted about how things are feeling and landing in your own body. Most importantly, Macky is an effective trainer who loves to help clients move toward their unique goals ranging from getting up and down from the floor to nailing a triple-digit deadlift while staying injury free.

Macky works with individuals and small groups to work toward their unique fitness goals. She especially loves working with people that are new to strength training and offers a foundation level strength building class for those looking to deepen their knowledge of strength training theory and practice.

Rates

$70/hr - one person

$80/hr - two people [$40 each]

$90/hr - three people [$30 each]

$100 - four people [$25 each]
